Iphone Nano Has No Memory

CoM this morning follows up the Bloomberg and WSJ iPhone nano stories with a theory of their own, albeit one with some perceived holes. The major problem with this is that you couldn’t install apps on the iPhone nano. Which sounds like kind of a bust. You have to wait 10 minutes while your email app downloads? Not likely. By “some” of the memory, we mean ALL of the memory. The iPhone nano will have no memory for onboard storage of media, our source says....

Iphone Se Lacks Support For Haptic Touch On Notifications And It S Not A Bug

Much like the rest of Apple’s modern iPhone lineup, the new iPhone SE lacks support for 3D Touch. While Apple has replicated some of the 3D Touch features with Haptic Touch, there’s one key functionality missing on the iPhone SE: expanding rich notifications. Apple moved away from the pressure-sensitive 3D Touch feature starting with the iPhone XR. In its place, iPhones gained a new Haptic Touch feature, which replicates some 3D capabilities using a long-press rather than pressure sensitivity....

See the above illustration? Apple has used it in one of their many patent applications to envision the Aperture user interface on a touch screen device. If that drawing is anything to go by, Aperture could be in the works for iPad. Is Fox Adding Secret Post Credits Scene To Logan

Early on, it looked as though Fox would take a dramatic turn in tone and content when it came to Logan. Following the box office success of Deadpool, Hugh Jackman’s last ride as Wolverine sees him and director James Mangold enter an R-rated world where the movie’s plot takes the character away from the multiple X-Men timelines to tell a single, self-contained, character-driven story. Early indications look as though the film delivers, giving Fox another win in the mutant column and one that goes against tradition with its rating....

Iphone 12 Diary Night Shots And Early Thoughts On The Camera

I could take a lab test approach to my dilemma of choosing between the iPhone 12 mini and the iPhone 12 Pro Max cameras. Buy both phones.
